It was just an appropriate option for a holiday in Palermo with good value. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight where I enjoyed cappuccinos with a nice view. Make sure to explore the area as it's great for walking around.

I just loved staying here for two nights, especially enjoying my morning cappuccinos on the rooftop terrace and the spacious room that kept me cool during the hot days. The spa offers relaxing facials and massages that I wish I had time to try. Only downside was the small kettle in the room that I really missed, but overall, this place is a winner! 😊

The location of the hotel is excellent, putting you in the heart of everything. The staff were truly professional, helping us with all our requests promptly. The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations, showcasing new spring box beds that provided a restful sleep. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay.

The only downside was some occasional noise from outside that disrupted my sleep slightly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The spa treatments were also exceptional, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The hotel could benefit from a swimming pool.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacked basic amenities like a kettle and reliable AC control. The breakfast was very average and the staff seemed unfriendly, making the dining experience less enjoyable. It felt uncomfortable asking for more food, as the portion sizes were minimal and the atmosphere was quite tense.
